Levenshulme is celebrating the start of a new Market, on the Station Car Park this Saturday (26th May). The market will take place on the 4th Saturday of every month, from 9am-4pm. The organisers (a partnership of Manchester Markets and Levenshulme traders, community groups and locals) hope that it will really reflect the diversity and community of Levenshulme, and a host of locals have already booked their place.
It's still possible to book a stall at the market - but please put your name down asap! Details for how to do so are at the links below. Manchester Markets will provide a gazebo, two tables, and electricity to every trader, and public liability insurance is covered too.

PS. There seems to be some confusion, as people have been looking at the 2011 blog posts about the then Market, and getting they're dates confused. For those of you who did, it is this Saturday!! Not a Friday. Also, will be in the year 2012!
